  • Remote/Rural Areas: Deliveries to rural, semi-urban, or remote areas may take longer (up to 14 business days).
  • Unforeseen Delays: Delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, lockdowns, or force majeure events. Herbs Firm will not be liable for delays beyond its control.
